Do I need to purchase the gel separately?
The device comes with six boxes of gel, providing approximately six months of use. Additional gel can be purchased separately afterward.
When should I use each of the four modes?
You can use the modes individually or combine them. For daily care, we recommend choosing two to four modes, keeping the total treatment time within 24 minutes per day.
The red and yellow lights flash during use. Is the red light for skin brightening? What does the yellow light do?
The red light supports the skin barrier and a more elastic, plump-looking appearance, with energy reaching the basal layer. The yellow light helps improve the appearance of uneven skin tone for a brighter-looking complexion.

Can I use TAFITIE after an aesthetic treatment?
The timing depends on the procedure and your skin’s recovery. Even if the skin is intact, check with your treating clinician before using the device.
Once cleared for use, start with Mode A—INFUSE or Mode B—GLOW for gentle care. Introduce Mode C—LIFT only after your skin has stabilized and as advised by your clinician.
What are the contraindications and precautions?
Who should avoid using it:
Use is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for people with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices, or for those with an acute illness, fever, serious chronic illness, or an acute skin condition.
Areas to avoid:
Do not use on the eyes, throat, mouth, or mucous membranes. Avoid open wounds, broken or inflamed skin, eczema-affected areas, and facial areas with metal or silicone implants.
During use:
Always apply conductive gel. Operating the device without it may damage the device.
Do not use the device while charging.
Keep each session within 12 minutes.
Do not hold the treatment head in the same spot for more than 30 seconds.
